  • an update...

    so its been a month... I have not had any soda or any fast food...... I wish I weighed myself at the beginning of the month cause I know I have lost weight..... anyways..... i have had some cravings here and there...some worse than others.... I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted a cold Mt Dew today...... but I got juice instead..... so yeah... I think I can do it.... we shall see...

    Good for you! It'll get better. Trust me! I had to cut all that out when I found out I have gallstones. I usually sneak some chocolate & crap. Which isn't good. blah. But just don't give into those cravings & then you'll barely have them!!

    Keep it up! I wonder how fast i would lose weight if i gave up my dr pepper and McDonalds. I think i might have to if i wanna lose weight before i go to Japan next year.

    Good job on sticking to it.  I've even followed your lead by adding three more fast food places to the three from last year, so I am now avoiding six restaurants.  The funny thing is, now I have no desire whatsoever to eat at Burger King, McDonalds, or Wendy's.  It was tough at first last year, but after a full 12 months, the desire is gone.  In 11 more months, hopefully I will feel the same about White Castle, Long John Silver's, and Panda Express.
