this is what I have been up too..... I have been eating fast food on occasion...but have lost 25lbs since Jan 1.... woohoo!!! I am working out 3-5 times a week..... gonna try to get into the Fire Dept next time they start hiring...life is alright... could be better but could be worse also...so no complaints..

25 pounds? Congratulations.
I have been successful at sticking with my fastfood adjustment. I have not eaten at a McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King since 1/1/08, and have not eaten at a White Castle, Long John Silvers, or Panda Express since 1/1/09. (Other than one fish nibbler's order at White Castle on a Friday during Lent, because I was burning out on Arby's fish sandwiches.)

Congrats on the 25 lbs! & wow! Good job on the working out - I need to start. I do walk each day for about 45minutes - an hour! Which is good. Could go longer.
